Well I expect even if you don't care to admit it out loud, you do care about about those laughter lines (or stress furrows!!) and lack lustre skin? There are a few things that we can do that will help us in the battle that is known as the ageing process! It won't break the bank, won't take up our precious time and is actually proven to work!
Cinnamon is one of natures true superfoods, seriously potent stuff! It is jam packed with anti-oxidants that basically means that it rids our body of damaging toxins and free-radicals and helps our bodies absorb oxygen better which results in a clean and efficient system inside and this in turn helps keep our biggest organ in good order on the outside. Our skin needs all this oxygen, plus tons of vitamins and minerals to keep healthy, glowing and wrinkle free! Just 1/3 of a teaspoon of ground cinnamon provides us with a third of our required daily intake of anti-oxidants so why not stir some to your porridge in the morning, add a dash to your daily cuppa, pop a sprinkle into a homemade curry or why not try mixing it into some natural yoghurt to serve with some fruit after dinner?
