What was on the menu?

This was what we cooked up and then sat down to eat for My Deliciously Healthy Kitchen's Cookery Class at Witherdens Hall on Saturday 19th January.

Break time was green olive and sundried tomato tapenade served with crudites for some raw goodness! 
Moroccan spiced winter vegetable and red lentil soup!
Nice and warm for this snowy day!
Garlic chicken skewers, fragrant herbed quinoa and dukkah roasted cauliflower and butternut squash!
Who say's healthy is boring eh???
Served with a side of chickpeas stew.
And finished off with sugar free, sweetener free, dairy free apple and cinnamon cake! Served up with a dollop of sheeps yoghurt and some fresh blueberries!!
