This was what we cooked up and then sat down to eat for My Deliciously Healthy Kitchen's Cookery Class at Witherdens Hall on Saturday 19th January.

|Garlic chicken skewers, fragrant herbed quinoa and dukkah roasted cauliflower and butternut squash!|

|And finished off with sugar free, sweetener free, dairy free apple and cinnamon cake! Served up with a dollop of sheeps yoghurt and some fresh blueberries!! |
