A little taste of things to come.

Somethings to whet your appetite,

Free range poached duck egg on sourghdough toast topped with a roasted red pepper and tomato sauce.

Free range eggs provide us with an excellent quality protein as well as omega 3 which is essential for  the brain, nervous system, immune system and skin.

Smoked mackerel salad, roasted beetroot and baby plum tomatoes with a horseradish dressing.
Brain food!
 Mackerel is packed with essential fats and omega 3 to keep our brain healthy! Beetroot is a source of rich antioxidants too!

Morrocan spiced red lentil and autumn vegetable stew.

Antioxidant rich spices such as tumeric and cinnamon help to detoxify harmful toxins inside of the body, adding to a delicous mix of fresh vegetables to help complete the job leaves you glowing on the outside too!
