I just added some vegetable stock (Marigold Vegetable Bouillion is my fave) and blitzed it up! Add a dollop of hot horseradich and a sprig of parsley just to give it a bit more zing!
So with beetroot, sweet potatoes, carrot, celeriac, onions and parsnip, I think that we can count that towards our five a day and maybe let our hair down this weekend?
