It's a wrap.

Quickety quick lunches, fill up with nutrient bursting raw goodness!

Miss Virtuous.

Winter slaw of red cabbage, beetroot and carrot, rocket, watercress and spinach.
And to finish some toasted almond flakes!!

Italian goddess.

Canellini & rosemary hummus with rocket and sundried tomatoes.

Ms Fresh!

Why not grab a wholemeal wrap, spread on half an avacado, a sliced tomato and some crunchy cos lettuce. Season, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and top with some ground up mixed seeds.
